Generations-old Family recipe has been passed down to us by our Nonna - The finest handcrafted Pasta made in the Heart of the Winelands. Our pasta is made using premium ingredients blending Imported Durum Wheat, Italian "OO" Flour and Eggs. Our flavored range is made using locally sourced ingredients, but mostly from our own Farm Garden.
